Lexi is an amazing make up artist and hair stylist. She has the best style and lovely approach to life. I had the pleasure of attending a seminar held by Lexi and she demonstrated the always fashionable Audrey Hepburn look from this book. The step by step instructions are awesome and super helpful for both the hair and the make up. I especially love that she uses regular beautiful people as her models so that the looks some much more achievable for an amateur like myself. She wrote and produced the whole book herself, which is super inspirational for any aspiring cosmetologist, especially since she went to Aveda.I actually was able to recreate the look she demonstrated for a photo shoot I did hair for just the other day.

This is a great book. Visually it is apealing - a great conversation piece. The step by step instructions are easy to follow. The photos only enhance the instructions. Definitely worthwhile for anyone who wants to learn how to do makeup and hair.
